JAMMU: A boy was killed by a leopard in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
The leopard entered a house in Thannamandi village of Rajouri district in the early hours and carried away the boy, an official told.
The villagers later found the half-eaten body of the boy in the outskirts of the village, the official said.
This is the 19th leopard attack during the past nine months in the area in which three persons have died and 29 been injured. Dozens of cattle have also fallen prey to leopards during the period.
